The entrance is blocked off by a plexiglass glass door and a box where the hand you your food. I did not like standing on the street since the restaurant is not in the safest neighborhood.

Food arrived 30 minutes late and was cold, tasted awful.... the restaurant staff was unhelpful telling me 3 times “it was on its way” it came 21 minutes later. The manager hung up on me the last time I called and complained it had been 20 minutes past the delivery window and an hr and a half since I ordered.

Delicious, warm, and pretty much on time! Lots of food. There was WAY more broccoli than beef, but we enjoyed it all.

Pretty good, delivery was fast. Wish they had a delivery estimate. Down side is the food was lukewarm when we got it, but after warming it up in the microwave, it was pretty tasty! I was a little dissapointed that the Hibachi beef had pretty much the same seasoning/sauce as the Beef with Broccoli. Just fyi, the "bag of fortune cookies" that are .50 cents have 4 cookies in them!

Asian Palace is ALWAYS delicious. It has been my favorite place to order from since my first year at Syracuse.
